Polk Museum of Art Spring Break Camp

Join us for Spring Break Art Camp! Give your child (ages 7-13) a FUN, CREATIVE and OPEN atmosphere to develop their love and appreciation for the arts. Camp classes offer the freedom to explore artistic interests through creativity, medium and technique. Students will choose ONE class to master their skills in – attending that specific class all day for all four days. Options include:
MIXED MEDIA (AGES 7-9) – Create art where more than one medium is being used. Learn to create by combining traditional and non-traditional media.
DRAWING/PAINTING (AGES 7-9) – Experiment with a variety of drawing and painting mediums and techniques. Students will create unique pieces of artwork to call their own.
PRINTMAKING (AGES 10-13) – Explore the process of making artwork by use of a variety of printing techniques; relief print, mono-print, stencil, screen print, etc.
DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY (AGES 10-13) – Learn to capture and manipulate your own stunning photos through the use of an iPad. (iPad provided by the Museum).

Great Escapes at Kelly Recreation Complex

The City of Lakeland Parks & Recreation Department is hosting Great Escapes Holiday Camp for elementary school aged students, K-5th grade, during the upcoming spring break. Camp will be offered at the Kelly Recreation Complex from March 20-24 for $50 per child. The youth enrichment program provides kids with a safe, fun environment that includes games, crafts, sports and much more! Camp hours will be from 7:30am – 4:30pm. SPCA Critter Camp

SPCA Florida’s Critter Camp Program is designed to educate and inspire our youth to practice a lifestyle of compassion, respect and responsibility through the humane treatment of animals. We customize our daily camp program to include fun, hands-on experiences in a safe setting.  Activities are presented with the objective to educate participants on a variety of topics through animal interactions, crafts, games, guest speakers and service projects developing lifelong skills and knowledge while enhancing the human-animal bond.

Engineering For Kids Central West Florida Camp at Explorations V

Survivor: Engineer’s Cove – Students in this five-day camp will find themselves stranded on an abandoned island filled with perilous obstacles – dark caves, wild animals, cold temperatures, little food, and separation from the comforts of home .During this interactive and competitive camp, students will explore the fields of electrical engineering, environmental engineering, aerospace engineering, and marine engineering as they design and construct tools that will help them survive and eventually escape the island. Camp is contingent upon minimum enrollment of 8 children.

Central Florida Athletics Spring Break Camp

Our Spring Break Camp program provides daytime care for our Athletes as well as other, non Gym member families, who desire a wholesome family environment for their children ages 5-12. Lakeland Campers are sure to have tons of FUN!  We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor games including volleyball, tetherball, soccer, basketball, kickball and more! We also offer cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, arts and crafts, dance, and more.

Off the Wall Adventures Spring Break Scuba Camp

Off The Wall Adventures Spring Break 2016 SCUBA Camp is a one week scuba course designed for kids & teens ages 10-17. It’s an all day program from 8 am to 5pm, taking students from beginner to full Open Water Scuba Diver certification. The first four days (Monday – Thursday) consists of classroom and pool sessions to learn the skills necessary to SCUBA dive. The last two days (Friday & Saturday) you will use your newly acquired SCUBA skills on your open water check-out dives. After successful completion of the course, participants will earn their Open Water SCUBA Certification. The course fee is $399 and includes: your student kit (textbook, dive tables and logbook), use of our SCUBA tanks, regulators, buoyancy compensators and wetsuits and the campers open water SCUBA dives in Lake Denton and West Palm Beach. Snacks, lunch and drinks are provided throughout the camp. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend the open water SCUBA dives. Each participant will be responsible for their own mask, snorkel, fins, and weight belt, along with accommodations in the West Palm Beach area.

Circle F Spring Break campers experience a fun-filled program that provides a positive atmosphere where campers feel comfortable discovering who they are, creating new relationships, and playing with others. Our 64 years of successful youth programming has allowed us to develop our extremely popular Spring Break program, which is in its 7th consecutive year. Every Spring Break Camp is a unique experience for both returning and first time campers.
